Sarah D. Jarrard

Sarah is from Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a B.A. degree in honors political science. She graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, College of Law in 2016. While there, she was named to the Order of the Barristers, achieved both honors and high honors Dean’s Lists, and received Certificates of Excellence in Trial Practice, Remedies, Contract Drafting and Negotiations. Sarah competed on behalf of the University of Tennessee as a member of the James Clark McReynolds Trial Advocacy Team in Washington D.C. in 2014 and as a member of the National Trial Team in 2015 and 2016. Sarah also competed in the University of Tennessee Ray H. Jenkins Trial Competition all three years earning a best witness award in 2014, placing 2nd overall in 2015, and winning best advocate as well as 1st overall in 2016.

Sarah is an avid University of Tennessee football fan and a former member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band. Sarah lives in Knoxville with her husband Ryan and their two dogs, Bear and Sassy.
